For Our Children Our Youngest Ones Tender, loving care is provided in our nursery each Sunday. Trained childcare providers ensure the safety of our babies and toddlers. Preschoolers Our three and four year olds begin the exploration of our UU faith through stories and activities. Elementary Age Those in grades K through 6 draw from UU history, from our Jewish and Christian heritage, and from the wisdom found in other world religions in order to understand what it means to be a Unitarian Universalist. They learn how to be in right relationship with others, and about their responsibilities in helping to make this a better world. |
For Our Youth On Sunday Mornings Through worship and group discussion each Sunday, our youth strengthen their Unitarian Universalist identity, and find ways to put their faith into action. Coming of Age In alternate years our 9th through 12th graders work with mentors in order to deepen their understanding of how Unitarian Universalism fits into their own systems of faith and belief. Junior Youth Group Seventh and eight graders meet once a month for fun, fellowship, and social action projects. Senior Youth Group High school youth meet two Sunday evenings a month to worship, socialize, and engage in social action projects. |
