Our Worship Service

Services begin at 10:00 a.m. with the chiming of bells as a Call to Worship.

At the start of each service we light our Chalice, the symbol of our Unitarian Universalist faith.

Although each service is unique, there is an Order of Service for you to follow. There will be a time for gathering in, connecting, centering and exploring.

The Candles of Joy and Concern are a living tradition in our congregation. This is a time we set aside for the sharing of our lives. It is a covenant we have made to one another: to sustain, support, encourage and love one another. If you have a joy or concern you would like to share you are welcome to come forward and light a candle.

Our Closing Circle is another living tradition in which you are welcome to participate. At the conclusion of our time together, we stand, join hands and sing together:

"Carry the Flame of Peace and Love, Until We Meet Again"

Once each month our Sunday worship is lay-led. Please visit Sunday Services for the month’s schedule of sermons.

Where do my children go?

Children from infancy to preschool are cared for in our TLC rooms in new Religious Education wing which is connected to the sanctuary. Consistent caregivers are there each Sunday to cuddle, play with and teach our youngest congregants.

Religious education classes for kindergarten through high school aged children are held at 10 a.m. concurrent with the worship service.
